Support Carolyn as She Dances for Change at Dancing CEOs 2025!

As part of her milestone 60th birthday celebrations next year, Carolyn is taking on a remarkable challenge—to complete 6 courageous activities outside of her comfort zone! As part of this challenge Carolyn will be taking to the stage at Brisbane City Hall for Dancing CEOs 2025, raising funds for women and children impacted by domestic violence a cause that is close to her heart from her own personal life's journey.

Dancing CEOs is an award-winning charity gala that brings Queensland’s top executives and leaders to the dance floor in front of corporate Queensland, all for a greater cause—domestic violence prevention. Funds raised through the event directly support WLSQ’s critical legal and support services for women and children in need.

Carolyn is a passionate philanthropist who founded the Ubuntu Foundation in 2019, sparked by her deep commitment to community-building born from her childhood years in India. Her early life in India sparked a deep commitment to addressing social injustice, and since moving to Australia, she has dedicated herself to fostering authentic community connections. Her journey has led her to advocate for those facing hardship and disconnection—experiences she has lived and overcome. Carolyn believes that strong community ties are essential to overcoming societal challenges, which is why she calls herself The Connection Ninja.

Carolyn’s participation in Dancing CEOs aligns with her mission to not only raise funds for a crucial cause but also to live out her values of stepping into the unknown, helping others, and making meaningful connections along the way.
