International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

For the past 5 years, Little Wings has taken a moment to celebrate, reflect and elevate the messaging surrounding International Women’s Day, recognising that globally, the AVIATION industry is made up of only 5% females. More than that, Little Wings takes a moment to celebrate the many women that volunteer to make Little Wings possible, the mothers and grandmothers that we support via our service and the girls that utilise our service... we hope that when they look up they see women in roles that inspire them... understanding that sometimes you have to see it, to believe it.

So, we use our platform, voice, and community to raise awareness, to empower and inspire women.
