Our group was formed in 2015 by concerned residents, all of whom had koalas on their properties.  This group became a public voice for the koalas in the community to educate the general public to support this vulnerable species.

Our objectives are:

• Engage the community in citizen science by reporting sightings which gives us data to inform our projects

• Educate the community about koalas, their habits, habitats and dangers they face

• Information days, stalls at various festivals, and assisting landowners to plant koala habitats

• Work with government at all levels to improve environmental policies
